Contemplative Conversations

This is the big one. I spend a lot of my time in contemplation, and I want to bring you into that space with me. These chats are individualized experiences that allow us to get to know one another deeply, and for me to help hold up a mirror for you to reflect on anything you might be experiencing. I can help guide you into unravelling your own thought patterns, as well as reflect back to you the things I see. In the process, we may uncover areas of your life that you want to develop, move past, or explore further, and I offer guidance, practical wisdom, and judgment free analysis of your goals, options, and stumbling blocks to help you accomplish whatever it is you are hoping to accomplish.

  • One-on-One

    These sessions are meant to be deep and personal, dipping into our respective philosophies and world views. My intention is to form a relationship that we both find enriching. We take the time we need for these conversations to run their course. Typically I expect to sit and hold space for you for about an hour to an hour and a half, but we don’t put a hard limit on our time together.

    You can also count on me to be in touch between sessions, to check in or follow up with additional words of wisdom and encouragement.

Meditative Sessions

Not "Meditation", but "Meditative". A meditative practice helps us train the ability to focus and allow distractions to pass. Through these events, I help create a similar space for you to work on your goals (though, if that goal is meditation, I won't stop you!).

One of the largest barriers to successfully working toward our goals and feeling fulfilled by our work is a lack of time. Almost everyone I meet has plans in the back of their mind, and that is where those plans stay because the demands of jobs and family plus the power of distractions keeps us feeling perpetually like we have no time available

  • "Deep Work"

    One of the largest barriers to successfully working toward our goals and feeling fulfilled by our work is a lack of time. Almost everyone I meet has plans in the back of their mind, but the demands of jobs and family plus the power of distractions keeps us feeling perpetually like we have no time available. I offer quiet, focused and structured time for you to work on whatever it is you have to work on. No distractions allowed. I organize a pretty strict program for each event, but otherwise your experience is largely self-guided based on your needs. Everyone walks away feeling accomplished.

  • "Quiet Time"

    Sometimes the world keeps us busy enough, and what we really feel we need is just some time to slow down or stop for a moment and catch our breath. Here is an hour (Just an hour!) once a week for you to come and take care of that need. It’s best to imagine this like going to a library, a park, a calm cafe, a temple, or anywhere else people quietly gather. Bring yourself a book, a journal, or your own private yoga or meditation practice and spend a moment just being with people quietly.
